Sex: Female
History: Complained of numbness on the left half of her face affecting the 2nd and 3rd divisions of the Trigeminal Nerve. Duration 2 years. Examination confirmed the impared sensation. Nil else.
Pre-op: MRIs showing an enhancing lesion in left petrous apex. Is the cavernous sinus involved? Should we do MRA and/or Angio? How do we treat it?
