Age: 20
Sex: Female
History: Severe headaches, decreased level of conciousness, background of primary amenorrhea, weight gain, Cystic calcified suprasellar tumour treated with emergency CSF shunt, biopsy DX craniopharyngioma.
Examination: Neuro exam normal. Endocrine baseline normal. Visual fields, constriction of superior quadrants. Patient wants "tumor removed".
