Sex: Female
History: June, 1999 - Crush injury left hand fingers in a chain roller. Gradually developed pain in the left hand fingers which spread to involve the whole left upper limb. Extensive investigations and physiotherapy provided no relief. Bone scan was positive with changes in the right hand. Stellate ganglion block provided partial relief. Patient on heavy doses of Narcotics. Diagnosis of complex regional pain syndrome (RSD) was established.
