Case 1 History

Age: 42 Sex: Male
History:
Patient left handed
October 2002: week h/o diplopia and ataxia.
No headache or seizures.
Examination:
GCS15/15, Right abduscent palsy, ataxia abasia, moderate
bilateral papilloedema.
Pre-op CT head
Diagnosis: Oligodendroglioma or Astrocytoma
Treatment:
Medical - Dilantin & Decadron
Surgery - Frameless stereotaxic awake left frontal craniotomy and tumor excision.
