History: 1 year history of intermittent right-sided facial paralysis and diplopia associated with 2 months of headaches.
Past History: Nil Significant.
Examination: Slight Right 6th Nerve Palsy, mild Right LMN 7th Nerve Palsy, slight Right Hyperreflexia.
