History: 2 years of numbness affecting left side of face (2nd and 3rd division). Denied pain initially but now says she has episodes of sharp pain. On Neurontin
Examination: Showed decreased sensation left 2nd and 3rd divisions of Trigeminal Nerve.
Treatment:
  • Constructive Nihilism?
  • Surgery?
  • Radiosurgery?
