Case 2 History

Age: 38
Sex: Male

History:      This man had a resection of a large left temporal meningioma 4 years ago. He developed left hemiplegia post-op. Was otherwise fine. Was lost to follow up.
     Evidently developed a 3cm recurrant tumor 2 years ago. Carotid artery went through the tumor. He did not want surgery.
     Presents now with drowsiness and dehydration as well as anaemia and elevated liver enzymes.


Examination: Examination showed dense Left Hemiphlegia, papillaedema, confusion, right blindness and right protosis.
