History:

• March 1997: logging accident , T6/7 injury with complete paraplegia

• Pain started within the 1^st year, initially not extreme, but became progressively worse.

• Constant, searing, below level pain (back: searing; legs: burning)

• Spasticity not an issue.

• Now, completely incapacitated from pain, (was previously very active in wheelchair)

• Meds: gabapentin, amitriptylline, baclofen, zanaflex, etc. Nothing really helps.
