Age: 30 Sex: Male
History:
June 2000: Symptomatic Right L5S1 Disc protrusion.
MRIs
July 2000: Right L5S1 Discordectomy. Good results.
July 2001: Recurrent back pain and right leg pain. Very severe. On large doses of morphine.
