Subdural Haematoma

  Subdural Haematoma:

     Subdural Haematomais a blood clot under the covering of the brain but outside the brain substance. Usually follows brain injury.

     Acute Subdural Haematoma is when the blood clot occurs within hours or days of the brain injury. Surgery may be required to remove the blood clot and relieve the pressure on the brain.
