History: March 25, 2006. In road traffic accident. Complains of severe neck pain. Examination shows upper neck tenderness but neurologically intact.

Plain x-rays suggestive of C2 fracture. C2 of C-spine was done.

Patient has been placed in a halo ring and vest.
