Sex: Male

History: - April 4, 2001 - Had been drinking all night . Arrived in Emergency drunk with neck pain. Might have fallen. Examination showed no neurological deficit other than impaired level of consciousness from alcohol level of 44 micromoles per litre (legal limit 17 micromoles per litre)

Pre-op X-Rays

Lateral c-spine Xray showing 3mm anterior displacement of C6 on C7 and bow tie configuration of C7 posterior joints.

AP view of C-spine showing no abnormality.


Flexion & extension views of c-spine showing no instability.
