History: February 26, 2006. Back Pain x 2 months. Leg weakness and numbness x 1 month. Urinary incontinence x 1 month. Past history of I.V. drug use.

Decreased sensation below L2. Grade 2 Power both legs.
|
|
|
Cauda Equina Syndrome. CT of lumbo-sacral spine done on an emergency basis. Shows L2-3 discitis and osteomyetitis. There is a lot of soft tissue abnormality around the proas muscle consistent with psoas abcess.

|
CT guided drainage of abcess, followed with antibiotic treatment.
