Age: 72

Sex: Female

History: Recurrent back pain going down right leg 2 years after original disc surgery. Examination showed a right drop foot and SLR of 45 degrees.

Treatment:

Repeat Right L45 Laminotomy, excision of large extruded disc and bone graft.
