AVM of Spinal Cord

Case 1

Age: 40

Sex: Female

History: Four week history of progressive painless paraperesis - from walking to wheelchair. Examination showed grade 3/5 power in lower limbs and T10 sensory level.

Diagnosis:

T10 cord compression.

Treatment:

- Pre-op Embolization: Glued T12 & L1 feeders, and posterior spinal

- (Continued deterioration)

- Surgery
