Sex: Female
History: Two months of headaches and dysphasia.
Examination
Examination showed an alert dysphasia patient with slight right sided weakness.
Pre-Op X-Rays
CT of the head without contrast, showing calcified cystic lesion consistent with oligodendroglioma.

Treatment
Steriotaxic Craniotomy.
