Malignant Meningioma

Case 4

Age: 38

Sex: Male

History: This man had a resection of a large left temporal meningioma 4 years ago. He developed left hemiplegia post-op. Was otherwise fine. Was lost to follow up.


Examination:

Examination showed dense Left Hemiphlegia, papillaedema, confusion, right blindness and right protosis.


Pre-op X-rays

Pre-op MRI of head with and without contrast showing a huge recurrant right meningioma.
