History: Headaches since March 2000. Initial CT brain without contrast reported as normal. Headaches became worse in June 2000 and she became ataxic.
Examination
Showed GCS 15, ataxia and papillodema
Pre-Op X-Rays
CT of Brain without contrast done on March 3, 2000 reported as normal
CT of Brain with contrast done on July 7, 2000 showed midline cerebellum tumour believed to be Medulloblastoma. This CT also shows acute Hydrocephalus.
