Case 1

Age: 20

Sex: Female

History: Severe headaches, decreased level of conciousness, background of primary amenorrhea, weight gain, Cystic calcified suprasellar tumour treated with emergency CSF shunt, biopsy DX craniopharyngioma.

Examination

Neuro exam normal. Endocrine baseline normal. Visual fields, constriction of superior quadrants. Patient wants "tumor removed".
