Case 1
Age: 7
Sex: Male
History: Presents with a 2 months history of headaches, left 7th nerve palsy and unsteadiness of gait.

I feel that surgery is not indicated. And I can only offer radiotherapy locally.
How would you manage this child?

Great case.
Diagnosis: Brain Stem Glioma.
I agree with Radiation. However, our RT would likely not do it until we have a tissue diagnosis.
You should therefore consider taking a specimen from the cerebellar component.
