Age: 46

Sex: Female

History: 46 year old lady presented with one month history of headache followed by 3 days of confusion and drowsiness.

Examination:

Examination confirmed drowsiness and confusion . She had slight weakness of the left arm.

Pre-Op X-Rays

CT scan of brain (without contrast) showing Glioblastoma with necrotic center.
