History: Sudden severe headache and right hemiparesis

Examination:

Examination showed initial drowsiness, slight dysphasia, and right hemiparesis.

Pre-op X-Rays

Initial CT ,without contrast, of brain on October 11, 1999 showing left parietal globular hemorrhage. The location and appearance were suggestive of an underlying lesion.

CT of brain with contrast on October 19, 1999.

MRI of Brain on October 12, 1999.

Surgery

Intraoperative picture before/after tumor was removed

Histology

Histology showed a Hypercellular Tumour with a lot of mitosis and hemosiderin in the background. Consistent with Glioblastoma.

Progress: March 2001
