History: - Presented with 3 months history of Ataxia and loss of balance
- No headache , Occasional nausea and vomiting

O/E Alert ,oriented x 3
CN exam normal
Ataxic gait
+ve Tandem gait & Romberg's sign.
Hyper-reflexia ,increased Tone
No focal motor or sensory defecits

• July 14, 2006
  • Insertion of VP shunt - ataxia and gait symptoms resolved
• October 2007
  • Progressive loss of balance
  • Increase spasticity 'spastic quadreparesis and lower cranial nerve defecits
• October 13, 2007
  • Cardio-pulmonary arrest - CPR revived
  • Transferred to Edmonton for Surgery
• November 18, 2007
  • Continue to deteriorate
  • Comfort care
