Age: 53

Sex: Female

History: 1999. Ca Breast. Occasional headaches. Examination showed no deficit. CT head showed some suggestion of bilateral MCA aneurysms. Confirmed with angiogram.


1999 Pre-Op Angiograms


December 2004 - Dr. Chris Ekong, Neurosurgeon, Regina

Occasional headaches. Neurologically intact CT head showed persistent aneurysms. They were getting bigger. Neither one has bled. Angiogram shown below.



March 2005 - Dr. Krishna Kumar, Neurosurgeon, Regina

- Now what?

- Surgery? Coiling, leave alone?
