History: Sudden severe headaches and drowsiness and vomiting on March 2, 2001. Examination showed GCS of 14. Truneal ataxia.

Emergency surgery and evacuation of hematoma and excision of AVM. Slightly ataxic post op. GCS 15.

Comments:
- Where was the AVM?
- There was a 1 hour delay for the angiogram. Would any surgeon have proceeded without an angiogram?
- This case is different from case 14 in that this one was drowsy and vomiting. Would anyone have done emergency embolizationbefore surgery?
